Veruna™ is a pre-launch brand. No products are currently offered for sale on this website. The site exists to share what we are building, gather feedback, and let future customers register interest.

Signing up for the waitlist is free and creates no purchase obligation. You are not agreeing to buy anything by joining, and we are not agreeing to sell anything by accepting your entry.

Perks described on the site — including any early-access window, launch discount (currently advertised as 15% off at launch), or other Founding Member benefits — are offered in good faith but are subject to change or withdrawal before launch. If we make material changes to the perks, we will communicate them to Founding Members by email.

You agree that the information you submit through the waitlist form is accurate to the best of your knowledge. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Veruna™ is a comfort apparel brand, not a medical service. Nothing on this website is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Veruna™ name, logo, copy, imagery, and website design are owned by Veruna™ and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The website and the waitlist are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veruna™ and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the project evolves toward launch. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
